Why am I running for Mayor:
I believe that I can provide leadership that can help Richardson fulfil its potential

Who am I:
I am a father of two and am married to my sweet wife Karri. I was born and raised here in Richardson.

What can we do for Richardson:
1. When I say 'we' above, it's because I believe that the success of our
city depends on the residents of Richardson working together.
2. We should have monthly 'open' discussions about important social
and political issues that affect Richardson and its residents.
3. We need to make sure that we use the city budget responsibly.
4. We should work to keep property taxes as low as possible. Taxes should
be used for necessities and not for extravagant projects
5. We should have an online portal for informal polling of
the issues being discussed by the city council. While it would
not be binding, the results would help the council better
understand what the residents of Richardson want.

We can work together as volunteers on service projects around the city of Richardson.
This will help the residents of our city get to know each other and promote civic pride
and a feeling of personal ownership of the city.

We 'R' Richardson Ready
We can work together to better prepare our city to weather future economic downturns.
We can also help our residents prepare themselves for their own financial difficulties
and natural disasters.

We 'R' Richardson Awesome
We can have more outdoor activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. Richardson has some
great parks and outdoor amenities. Hiking, jogging, and sports are a few informal things we
can do as a community to help promote a healthy lifestyle.
